We stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed the experience. The motel is not new but is is clean (apart from some dirty coffee stains), central and surprisingly quiet. The managers are very nice people and there are restaurants, the river and parks within a very short walking distance. It may not have the views and flashiness of some of the resorts but for the priced it is very good. We would recommend it.

We only stayed one night but it was a great stay. We had one king bed and one double seperated by the bathroom. Great for 2 couples or 2 guys as you were not sleeping right next to the other bed. My daughter enjoyed the lovely heated pool even though it was june.Hotel looks out to the noosa river and grassed area with bbqs and kids play area directly opposite the motel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and one directly opposite with a fish and chip takeaway bar with great food.Grounds are well kept.

The unit was Very Clean, light and Bright.
The service was excellent, we only stayed 2 days but would love to have stayed more.
The layout was very comfortable, The towels fluffy, the linen fresh smelling, the unit fresh smelling.
The view from the front windows was excellent.
Everywhere around the Motel was clean and you can see that a lot of work is done to keep it that way.
The heated pool was very inviting, also sparkling clean. It was a pity it was middle of winter.
I would recommend this motel to anyone. I have stayed in 5 star resorts that dont have this standard. 5 star with a lower star price. WONDERFUL.

Superb location on the banks of the tranquil and beautiful Noosa River. Wonderful restaurants and cafes are literally seconds away.

Terrific walks by the river for those wanting to keep fit.

Marvelous hosts as they simply go out of their way to make the guests feel so at home, always smiling and hospitable. Pricing is great value..
Rooms are incredibly well maintained and serviced. The rooms are self contained and everything is catered and planned for. Delightful bedrooms ensure a cosy nights sleep..
The pleasant water views provide a lovely, peaceful and relaxing mode.

Simply put, there is absolutely no need to look anywhere else as Sun Motel provides for the perfect holiday. .
Repeat holiday visits To Noosa Sun Motel is assured.

Well equipped kitchen, 2 bedroom apartment, close to the yacht club, free wifi The hotel is located in noosaville near the yacht club. We didn't have a car but there's a bus station close by and the yacht club is one of the stop in the ferry to noosa heads. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was very nice and clean.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get the ferry to noosa heads- There's an all day ticket or just one way.

April 12, 2011 Owners were lovely and did their best to address our individual needs. Although we did not use the pool it looked very inviting and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

April 4, 2011 Lovely helpful staff, clean and tidy with all items you need for a motel stay. Microwave, electric frypan, toaster, jug, fridge - all the things you need. Lots of towels and bedsheets very clean. Lovely pool in the complex. My room was a bit close to the road, but even on a Saturday night it quietened down after about 10-11pm. So it was fine. Playground across the road, shops about 1km walk away. River (sandy beaches) across the road. Lovely place.

Fabulous budget accommodation in Noosa Heads. The whole experience was delightful... Immaculately clean and the amenities were available although I did not use, such as pool and laundry. If i had stayed longer than overnight I would have used these. One bonus was the breakfast packs - a very nice touch for the price. Thank you for an enjoyable night stay, and I will definitely return here if I need to go to Noosa on business.. Thanks...

Three of my friends and I stayed here in Noosa for 3 days and we wished we could spend it more than that. Had a wonderful time staying here. Owners are friendly and very helpful. Clean and organized!

I love the room details;
- Bath gel dispenser: Awesome thing! I prefer this than the bottles!
- Bedside light: The glow in the dark switch. Clever!
- Basic kitchen needs: More than enough! My friends love it, they spent their waking moments cooking more food!
- Laundry hanger in front of our room. Very convenient after water activities and to dry our wet clothes :)
- Laundry room is provided (complimentary detergent)
- Complimentary wi-fi

Initially booked in for one night looking to find somewhere else the next day but once we saw the cleanliness of the rooms we extended the stay for another few days. For the price this is excellent value. Rooms had recently been refurbished and everything was in good condition. Owner was very helpful and welcoming.
Kitchen facilities are limited but perfect for what we wanted. Laundry, pool and bbq available.

Very competitively priced budget motels complex with some views of the Noosa River. Has microwave, toaster, jug, hotplate and fridge. Kitchen not great for cooking a complex meal but fine for basic cooking (e.g. only one pan and one pot). Very comfortable beds with fans and air conditioning. Small outside deck area for drinks, enjoying the view, etc. Good location for visiting Noosa on a budget. Opposite the Noosa River in Noosaville - great for walks or cycling, the Noosa Yacht & Sailing Club is opposite for the casual drink or meal, lots of restaurants, supermarket and shops within easy walking distance, bus to Hastings Street. Has a small pool.

Stayed here over Christmas. The rooms were clean and the facilities were excellent. The motel is also located in one of Noosa's best locations. The motels feature all the modern conveniences, is well managed and yet very affordable.

Great place the location is very good and the tarriff is very fare. The rooms are very private and were very clean. We checked in late without a booking thinking this would do for the night and we will have a look tommorow, the next day we went to the office and booked in for 4 more days. They also have a very nice swimming pool that was well heated.
